Giving the Word to minority races this Pentecost

In Asia, there are 745 languages without a verse of Scripture. During this Pentecost period, illumiNations is reaching out to bring the New Testament to the minority groups who have yet access to the Word of God, in their native language.

illumiNations Asia, a collective impact alliance of ten global Bible translation partners, has launched a Pentecost Give a Verse Initiative for 50 days up to 20 July. There are 7,957 verses in the New Testament and the initiative is to unite believers in Asia to each give one or more verses so that together the body of Christ can give a New Testament to one of the 745 language groups in Asia which does not have a single verse of Scripture in their language.
