Application for Mission Support Programme 4 (MSP4) is now open!

The Mission Support Programme 4 (MSP4) is now available for application by churches. MSP4 is a fund subsidy programme that aims to help local churches that have or are intending to have a Migrant Worker ministry.

Aim of the Mission Support Programme 4 (MSP4)

The aims of the MSP4 are to help Local Churches to develop a Migrant-Friendly Congregation in the following ways:

A congregation that is conducive and welcoming to foreigners in our midst, that:

• Takes the opportunity to engage and impart the lives of migrant that their lives may be enriched
• Harbours a desire to care and nurture our visitors and take priority in our engagement with them
• Learns to relish the new experience God has provided through these migrants that we may understand and enjoy their differences in food, culture and life’s priorities.
• Empathizes with their predicament and responds with the appropriate help by providing medical advice and assistance, legal, social and family counsel, in addition to limited but meaningful financial assistance.

As the quantity of the subsidies provided is limited, the approval of the application is on first come first serve basis.
