Love in Action - Uncovering the Heart of Volunteerism – Together

The Presbyterian Care Singapore – Network (PCS-N) is organising its inaugural webinar conference, Volunteers Mobilisation: Love in Action: Uncovering the Heart of Volunteerism - Together on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at 3.00pm. We cordially extend an invitation to your church, especially where an essential part of its mission is to reach out and be relevant, "salt and light" to those around in the community.

Beyond the "Many Helping Hands" approach, where those in need are mitigated by diverse range of targeted services and programmes by the broader community resource in context, our concerted initiative can also make a distinct difference. Thus, in envisioning a greater transformative outcome to shine and care for the communities, our availability to this call to love others matters. A time to be counted. To stand tall together, in witness to this enduring love for our neighbours, the vulnerable among the communities.

This inaugural webinar conference reflects a unified effort to create awareness in reaching out and impact the communities together. In so doing, we uncover the kind heartedness of our communities to live out this love that we have more explicitly, availing oneself through volunteer opportunities at the various Presbyterian-managed community services of one's choice. These include All Saints Home, Filos Community Services, and the Presbyterian Community Services, among many others.
